Machine wash cold with regular detergent
Hang to dry — machine drying may cause shrinkage
Avoid bleach or hot water
Wash darker colours separately to prevent colour transfer

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the look, safety, or functionality of your product. It does not cover:

General wear and tear
Cosmetic imperfections
Second-hand purchases
Products kept in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery

Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:

Foam items are final sale
Used or opened Covers, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned
Unopened Covers and Hop House may be returned within 30 days (return shipping not covered)
Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement consideration

📦 Delivery Issues:

Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
Wrong item received must be reported within 48 hours (Please do not open incorrect items—this may delay resolution)

Bought new covers for our Joey and the material is so much nicer than the microsuede. My kids yesterday had chocolate and I didn’t notice. When I walked in was able to wipe it off with a warm cloth and didn’t stain!! I am absolutely in love with roo and you’s products!

Love the cover set!
I was encouraged to buy this set after reading other reviews stating that it helped other peoples children learn their letters. I thought it was a great idea. My toddler has loved pointing out letters on it that she already knows. I definitely see it helping her learn the others.
The colour combination of it is even nicer in person.
