Each customer is eligible for a limited-warranty on any brand new foam or fabric product purchased directly from rooandyou.ca or any Roo & You™ authorized retailer. For the time stated below for your products, if you experience a manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the issue reported.

Please note the following:

• Final Sale and Clearance Products: The warranty is void on all products designated as "final sale" or "clearance." These items are sold as-is, and no warranty coverage will apply.
• Resale of Replacement Covers: The warranty will be voided if any replacement covers are resold. Warranty rights are exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
• Original Purchaser Rights: Only the original purchaser (i.e., the first buyer) holds the right to claim warranty coverage.
• Reporting Defects: Defects not covered by the limited warranty must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the product to be eligible for replacement consideration.

Roo & You™ Limited Fabric Warranty

Your new fabric product is covered by a one-year limited warranty (the "Fabric Warranty"). Roo & You™ and its subsidiaries are not liable for any damage caused by the use of the product outside its intended use or contrary to the instructions provided below.

Please note that some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you.

This limited Fabric Warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state, province, or country.

Who This Fabric Warranty Extends To:

• This limited Fabric Warranty applies to the original purchaser of any fabric-covered Roo & You™ product who is located in Canada.
• This limited Fabric Warranty does not extend to customers who purchased their Roo & You™ product through a trade program or non-authorized retailer.

All Roo & You™ limited warranties are non-transferable.

What This Fabric Warranty Covers:

This limited Fabric Warranty applies to the following defects:

• Unstitching or tearing of seams or zippers
• Rips or holes not caused by misuse
• Fabric separation not caused by normal wear and tear

What This Fabric Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Changes to your fabric that are expected with normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, pilling, fading, wrinkling, or stains)
• Damage caused by cleaning products or improper cleaning methods
• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or activities other than intended use
• Damage caused by unauthorized alterations or repairs

How Long Coverage Lasts:

This limited Fabric Warranty for your Roo & You™ product lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What We Will Do:

Roo & You™ will replace the defective cover with the same or comparable product at no cost to the original purchaser. If the product or cover is discontinued, Roo & You™ may provide a similar alternative.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY BY STATE, PROVINCE, OR COUNTRY.

WHAT THIS FOAM WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Normal softening or changes in foam that are expected with regular use
• Damage caused by liquids, improper cleaning methods, or use of the foam in a manner inconsistent with its intended design
• Improper opening, cutting, or tearing of foam

HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS:

This limited Foam Warranty for your Roo & You™ product lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

WHAT WE WILL DO:

Roo & You™ will replace the defective foam with the same or comparable product at no cost to the original purchaser. If the product or foam is discontinued, Roo & You™ may provide a similar alternative.
