Cleaning Instructions:

Remove the outer cover and/or liner as needed (You don’t have to remove both if only one is dirty)

If your cover has Velcro, re-fasten the strips to avoid snags

Machine wash cold with regular detergent

Hang to dry — machine drying may cause shrinkage

Avoid bleach or hot water

Wash darker colours separately to prevent colour transfer

We recommend washing darker colours before first use

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the look, safety, or functionality of your product. It does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Damage from cleaning products or improper cleaning methods
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or use outside intended purpose
- Damage from unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Second-hand purchases
- Products kept in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery
Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:

Used or opened Covers, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned

Unopened Covers and Hop House may be returned within 30 days (return shipping not covered)

Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement consideration

Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong item received must be reported within 48 hours (Please do not open incorrect items—this may delay resolution)
