All Roo & You™ pieces are designed for everyday play and built to handle messes big and small. Every piece comes with a water-resistant liner to help protect the foam.

Cleaning Instructions:

• Remove the outer cover and/or liner as needed (You don’t have to remove both if only one is dirty)

• If your cover has Velcro, re-fasten the strips to avoid snags

• Machine wash cold with regular detergent

• Hang to dry — machine drying may cause shrinkage

• Avoid bleach or hot water

• Wash darker colours separately to prevent colour transfer

• We recommend washing darker colours before first use

• They are not intended for sleeping or overnight use

• Do not place heavy objects on or near any piece when someone is playing underneath or inside

• Play should happen in open, supervised spaces, away from stairs or sharp furniture

• Use extra care when playing on hard flooring or elevated surfaces

We stand behind every Roo & You™ product with:

• 2-year limited warranty on foam
• 1-year limited warranty on covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the look, safety, or functionality of your product. It does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Cosmetic imperfections
• Second-hand purchases
• Products kept in their box longer than 8 weeks after delivery

Please note the following policies to help ensure a smooth delivery:

• Foam items are final sale

• Used or opened Covers, Hop House, and Mega Blanket cannot be returned

• Unopened Covers and Hop House may be returned within 30 days (return shipping not covered)

• Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement consideration

📦 Delivery Issues:

• Lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

• Wrong item received must be reported within 48 hours (Please do not open incorrect items—this may delay resolution)
